Responsibilities
● Craft and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and execute innovative HR strategies aligned with company objectives, driving growth and fostering a positive work environment.
● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
● Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and welcoming work environment for all employees.
● Team Building & Event Management: Organize engaging team-building activities and company events to promote collaboration, morale, and a sense of community.
● Training & Development: Create and implement comprehensive training and development plans to nurture employee skills and foster career growth.
● Performance Appraisal System: Manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance and supports employee development.
● People Management Activities: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a culture of open communication and growth.
● Performance Management & Grading System: Develop and implement effective performance management and grading systems to recognize and reward excellence.
● Employee Branding Activities: Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand, attracting top talent and promoting employee engagement.
● Create a Positive Work Environment: Champion initiatives to cultivate a positive work culture, promoting inclusivity, diversity, and employee well-being.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR specialist.
● Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
● Proactive, responsible, and creative approach to problem-solving.
● Ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
● Highly organized with experience in budgeting and HR metrics.
● Demonstrated experience in crafting HR strategies from scratch.
